Avryn Studio: privacy policy
What the Avryn Studio software knows about you and your connected accounts, why, for how long, and how to delete it all.
Who processes your data
Avryn Studio (app.avryn.studio) is published by Valentin BENEZET (AVRYN), sole proprietorship, 2 rue de Lavernhe, 12210 Laguiole, France, SIRET 10767397200017. Questions about your data: hello@avryn.studio.
Data we process
- Account: name, email address and password (stored hashed, never in clear text).
- Content: texts, visuals, videos, campaigns and calendar created in Avryn Studio.
- Connected accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, website): ID and name of the page, account or business location you select, and the access token the platform issues with your consent, stored encrypted.
- Data read from these accounts, for your business only: aggregated insights of your pages and posts (followers, reach, engagement); comments on your posts and messages sent to your page (Messenger, Instagram Direct) when you enable the Messages inbox; reviews, information and performance of your Google Business Profile (calls, directions, clicks).
- Website statistics: aggregated visits and Google Search figures, with no data about your visitors.
- Competitor watch: public information about competing businesses, never personal data of individuals.
How we use it
- Publish your content to the pages and accounts you connected, when you ask or at the time you scheduled.
- Show your insights, reviews and messages, and help you understand them.
- Reply to comments, messages and reviews: only replies you write or approve are sent.
- Write or edit content with artificial intelligence, when you ask.
No data is sold or rented, used for advertising, or used to train artificial intelligence models. Data received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google is used only for the purposes above.
Data received from Google
Avryn Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers
When you use a feature that relies on one, the related content is sent to that service: Anthropic (Claude) for writing and analysis, OpenAI for images, ElevenLabs for voices and sounds, Google Places for public Google listing figures, Puppis for website statistics. Publishing goes through the official Meta, LinkedIn and Google APIs. Some providers are located outside the European Union (United States). Avryn Studio is hosted on a dedicated server at OVHcloud.
Retention and security
Access tokens are kept while the connection exists and deleted as soon as you remove it. Content, messages, reviews and statistics are kept while the account exists, then deleted. The AI usage log keeps only the size and cost of requests, never their content. Access is over HTTPS, passwords are hashed and tokens encrypted.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its processing: write to hello@avryn.studio. For deletion, see the dedicated page. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
